New Houses, Holmfirth

The project, which received planning permission in 2019 and is currently on site, involves building a pair of 3 bedroom terraced houses at the end of an existing terrace on Dunford Road. The site is within the Underbank Conservation area, which is reflected in the design scale and material choice, with stone cladding and stone roofing slates.  This development take advantage of the stepped site with lower ground floor access and views across the valley to the rear and off road parking to the front.
