Green Roof Extension

Holme Architecture has submitted a planning application for a single storey rear extension and 2 storey side extension for a semi detached house. The rear extension incorporates a highly insulated Sedum clad green roof and timber cladding to the walls and projecting soffit. We have used Permitted Development rights to gain approval for the a section of the rear extension which extends 5m along the Party Wall.
